These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Mirror” mobile application (“Mirror”, the “App”) provided by Bogaja LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Mirror is a self-improvement and motivation app that lets you track progress with photos, receive AI-assisted analysis and coaching, and optionally create a short before/after “glow-up” video. Mirror is not a medical, psychological, diagnostic or therapeutic service, provides no professional advice, and is not a substitute for qualified care. Always seek a professional for health-related concerns.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Mirror. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in with your email address and an 8-digit one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: upload photos of anyone other than yourself or without their permission; upload illegal, abusive or infringing content; use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems; or use the App to harass others or violate their rights.
You keep all rights in the photos and content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the App’s features to you — for example progress tracking, AI analysis and, on your explicit request, the glow-up video. We do not use Your Content for advertising or to train third-party models for unrelated purposes. You can delete Your Content and your account at any time in the App.
The App, its software, design, branding and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by Bogaja LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Results from self-improvement activities vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bogaja LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer-protection rights).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you keep all mandatory EU consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal and warranty rights.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves or the law changes; we will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Mirror ist eine Self-Improvement- und Motivations-App, mit der Sie Ihren Fortschritt per Foto verfolgen, KI-gestützte Analyse und Coaching erhalten und optional ein kurzes Vorher/Nachher-„Glow-up“-Video erstellen können. Mirror ist kein medizinischer, psychologischer, diagnostischer oder therapeutischer Dienst, bietet keine professionelle Beratung und ersetzt keine qualifizierte Betreuung. Wenden Sie sich bei gesundheitlichen Anliegen stets an Fachpersonal.
Sie müssen mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, um Mirror zu nutzen. Mit der Nutzung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie diese Voraussetzung erfüllen und Ihre Angaben zutreffend sind.
Die Anmeldung erfolgt mit Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse und einem 8-stelligen Einmalcode (OTP). Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, den Zugang zu Ihrer E-Mail und Ihrem Konto sicher zu halten, sowie für Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto.
Sie verpflichten sich, nicht: Fotos anderer Personen oder ohne deren Erlaubnis hochzuladen; rechtswidrige, missbräuchliche oder rechtsverletzende Inhalte hochzuladen; die App für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu nutzen; die App oder ihre Systeme zu reverse-engineeren, zu stören, zu überlasten oder sich unbefugt Zugang zu verschaffen; oder die App zur Belästigung anderer oder zur Verletzung ihrer Rechte zu nutzen.
Sie behalten alle Rechte an den von Ihnen hochgeladenen Fotos und Inhalten („Ihre Inhalte“). Sie räumen uns eine beschränkte, nicht-ausschließliche Lizenz ein, Ihre Inhalte zu hosten, zu verarbeiten und anzuzeigen — ausschließlich zur Bereitstellung der App-Funktionen für Sie, etwa Fortschritts-Tracking, KI-Analyse und, auf Ihre ausdrückliche Anfrage, das Glow-up-Video. Wir nutzen Ihre Inhalte nicht für Werbung und nicht zum Training von Drittanbieter-Modellen für sachfremde Zwecke. Sie können Ihre Inhalte und Ihr Konto jederzeit in der App löschen.
Die App, ihre Software, ihr Design, ihre Marke und Inhalte (ausgenommen Ihre Inhalte) sind Eigentum der Bogaja LLC oder ihrer Lizenzgeber und durch Rechte des geistigen Eigentums geschützt. Wir gewähren Ihnen eine persönliche, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur bestimmungsgemäßen Nutzung der App. Sie dürfen die App nur im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen kopieren, weiterverkaufen oder bearbeiten.
Die App wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt, ohne Gewährleistungen jeglicher Art, soweit gesetzlich zulässig. Ergebnisse von Selbstverbesserungs-Aktivitäten sind individuell verschieden und werden nicht garantiert. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet die Bogaja LLC nicht für mittelbare, beiläufige oder Folgeschäden. Diese Bedingungen schließen keine Haftung aus oder beschränken keine Haftung, die nach anwendbarem Recht nicht ausgeschlossen oder beschränkt werden kann (einschließlich bei Tod, Körperverletzung durch Fahrlässigkeit, Arglist oder zwingenden Verbraucherschutzrechten).
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht des US-Bundesstaates Wyoming, USA, unter Ausschluss seiner Kollisionsnormen. Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen, wenn sich die App weiterentwickelt oder die Rechtslage ändert; wir aktualisieren das Datum „Stand“ und informieren bei wesentlichen Änderungen in der App. Wir können den Zugang sperren oder beenden, wenn Sie wesentlich gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.
